There is still an hour to go before the Prime Ministerial Debate (No. 2) begins. So what shall we learn tonight: the hidden messages from hand gestures, the deep psychology of tie colour, the yet to be disclosed policies disguised in body language, the totally necessary ability to speak to the camera, the manifesto hidden in hair design (because it is broadcast in High Definition). And policy? What's that?
The big theme emerging from the election is the stunningly obvious tricks everyone plays on each other ion order to try and win some votes - from desperate headlines in the Tory Press, to Labour subtly making best pals with the Lib Dems in case there is a hung parliament. Peter Mandelson did a classic today shouting down the press because it said something nasty towards the Lib Dems.
What are we going to talk about next week? Cut of suit? Though I think that was mentioned last week some time? Shoes? How many times they blinked?
How shallow we have allowed some of the most important things to affect our lives to become.
